Wraparound Care
From September, we will be managing Breakfast and After-School Clubs, bringing the provision in-house from our outgoing external provider.
We want to reassure you that for the children, most of what they know and love will stay exactly the same. They will still enjoy the same familiar spaces, the same reliable timings, and plenty of their favourite games and activities.
Booking information
To ensure an easier transition for parents, we will continue to use MagicBooking for session bookings and payments for this provision.
Parents will need to register their children on the website, as unfortunately we are unable to transfer this information over.
Please go to: micklands.magicbooking.co.uk. Bookings for the coming year will be open from 1st August. Parents will be able to register children from 21st July.
Ad hoc or regular bookings are available, so please feel free to book your child/ren in as required. Hopefully many of you will be familiar with this system already, but please find attached a Parent’s Guide, to help you navigate the system.

Pricing
We are delighted to announce our new pricing schedule from September. We hope you’ll appreciate that this is a saving on the current fees charged previously.

| After-School (3:20pm to 6:00pm) | £15.00 |
In answer to parent requests, we are pleased to include a new time slot/price, for those children who attend an extended school club, such as Lego or Basketball, and require childcare from 4.20pm.
We are also pleased to announce a sibling discount of 10%.
Just a reminder that we are happy to accept Tax Free Childcare vouchers and Employer Childcare vouchers – please see information attached regarding these. This is a great way to save money on childcare.
